Hoa Bien Restaurant is an immigrant family-owned business that has been in St. Paul, Minnesota, since 1978.
Starting in a small, iconic blue house on a hill that soon grew to a larger-scale restaurant in the middle of the Frogtown and Hamline Midway area. Hoa Bien is one of the staple restaurants in St. Paul, with its large selection of food and cozy, modern environment.
